Quick to Anger?

We can get angry at the smallest things. We get frustrated by other people's actions. "What makes them think they can do that?". Frustration manifests itself due to a lack of control. Not being able to complete something. Having to do something which we don't truly want to do. 
Have you noticed you don't always react in the same way to reoccuring situations? Some days it won't matter if someone pulls a silly move whilst driving. It doesn't matter that we'll spend hours fixing something due to other people's lack of attention and concentration. What's the difference? Stress? Our general state of happiness? Or perhaps something that happened earlier in the day which caused a knock on effect but we don't realise it? Or you just wake up feeling uncomfortable and highly strung?
All of the above!
There are so many factors which cause our anger and frustration.  The answer is to try to let go of it straight away. It's only us that lose our harmonious state and become agitated. A lot of energy is used feeling out of control, it makes you feel crap and affects other areas of your life. Train your mind to give others the benefit of the doubt about a situation. Don't judge the situation thinking you are high almighty and have never set a foot wrong - we all have!
Take a deep breath and let it go.
