stop being a victim of your own thoughts and assumptions. holding farts in gives you pimples.


people are getting to cinical.
too judgemental and too depressed.
people are way to quick to assume things.
and selfishness is taking over.
too much worry and not enough laughter.
too much pride and not enough forgiveness.

just stop.
listen to what you saying. really listen. what the hell are you saying?
do you laugh or do you complain?
do you hold meaningful conversations?
about what your beliefs? your hopes? your love? 
do you spend your time replaying a conversation, a text, a post...analyzing it to death trying to figure out what it is you did to evoke that response?
do you spend your days worrying about what people think about you while you yourself are judging others?

are you listening to the people in your life?
are you paying attention?
or are you just merely doing the motions? do you have your autopilot on?
do you pride yourself on not complaining about your life, but then spend most of your time wishing you could have a different one?
how many times a day do you roll your eyes? and i'm talking about in a truly annoyed way.
not in the way where you hear the sitcom applause and laughter in your mind.

are you satisfied?
are you proud?

would you make the exact same decisions tomorrow, that you did today?

are you smiling?

are. you. HAPPY?

if yes-then many kudos to you for finding some very important pieces to your puzzle...

but if your answer is no...

 GET THE FUCK OUT OF YOUR HEAD!






 don't take yourself so seriously.
